Conflict Minerals Declaration

Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy Statement

Infomart India Private Limited (Infomart) is committed to ethical business practices and adherence to relevant laws and regulations. This commitment extends to the responsible sourcing of minerals used in our products.

Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the Dodd-Frank Act) encourages Infomart to be aware of the laws and regulations with respect to the use of “Conflict Minerals” in the use of manufacturing of our products.

Infomart does not directly source or process conflict minerals. However, these minerals may be present in components we purchase. Infomart is committed to refusing the application of metals from regions of concern and we require our supply chain partners take due diligence within our supply chain to ensure for metals like gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co) and tin (Sn) are “Conflict-Free” minerals, and not derived from or sourced from mines in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), or illegally taxed on trade routes, either of which are controlled by non-governmental military groups, or unlawful military factions.

Our due diligence efforts align with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.

We support, and we require our suppliers to support, industry initiatives the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) and use the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) to validate responsible sourcing.

If Infomart becomes aware of a supplier whose is sourcing or whose supply chain involves metals sourced from regions directly or indirectly financing or benefiting armed conflict in the DRC, we will take immediate and appropriate action, up to and including terminating such supply relationships.
