REACH

The European Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical Substances regulations (“REACH”) were first introduced in 2006 to improve EU regulation of chemicals and advance public health and safety and protection of the environment. This declaration communicates the commitment of Infomart® India Private Limited to REACH compliance and a summary of REACH legal requirements, with their applicability to us.

Infomart® does not produce or import more than one (1) ton per annum (tpa) of regulated chemicals into the EU. Therefore, company registration is not required.

Infomart products are non chemical based, not designed to release any substance under normal and expected use, and release is not likely to occur at levels that would require registration under REACH during their lifespan. Therefore, article registration requirements do not apply to Infomart.

Infomart does not import or manufacture more than 1 tpa of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) so European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) notification is not required. This is based on the current SVHC list, on the ECHA website here.

Based on information obtained from our suppliers, Infomart® India Private Limited certifies that NO Infomart® PoweredEthernet product contains > 0.1% by weight of the Substances of the Very High Concern (SVHC) as listed by the European Chemical Agency (ECHA) under the provisions of Regulation No. 1907/2006, including the candidate list released on June 14, 2023 (235 substances), except for the products listed below, and manufactured prior to December 2023.
